Anyone who can speak English fluently and has a lively positive personality has a great chance of finding a TEFL job somewhere. Depending on the economic and cultural orientation of a country, schools will prefer British English or North American English. For obvious geopolitical reasons Europe and Africa incline towards Britain while Latin America and the Far East incline towards the USA and Canada. Many other countries have no decided preference.
